Self-portrait

This week brief was to draw a self-portrait. When look for research I found my inspiration in caricatures. What attracted me to that style was how they exaggerate key features on the face, but still manage keep the person’s identity. The challenge is not to warp the face too much, or you will find the subject is unrecognisable.
